Excellence in Pupil Development Award
We are delighted to share that Meridian High School successfully achieved the Excellence in Pupil Development Award from Award Place and Optimus on 6th May 2026.
This award recognises our commitment to supporting the development of the whole child. At Meridian, education extends beyond academic achievement. We provide students with opportunities to build their confidence, resilience, communication skills, independence and understanding of the wider world.
The award reflects the strength of our personal development provision, including our curriculum, enrichment opportunities, pastoral support and work to prepare students for life beyond school. It also celebrates the positive contribution made by our students, staff, families and wider community.
We are extremely proud of this achievement. It demonstrates our continued commitment to ensuring that every student is supported and challenged to become the best version of themselves, ready to be Challenged, to Learn and Achieve within an ethos of Resilience, Ambition and Respect.
